G's Powerwashing Will Clean Any Type of Roof

We use our tried and true soft wash methods to get your roof back to a like-new appearance.

Still Not Convinced?

Major tile manufacturers actually recommend this method of cleaning. The biggest cement tile manufacturers for homes are Entegra, Hanson, and a few others. You can go to any of their websites and look through their customer care information. All of them say the exact same thing.

“In most applications, a pressure cleaner set to 1200 psi should be used. The tip of the nozzle on the pressure cleaner should be kept approximately 1-to-2 feet from the tile. (We stay well outside of this distance!) The limited pressure and large distance from the tile is to prevent damaging the surface of the tile.” Our methods seldom require us to walk the roof, (which the manufacture also recommends against) meaning there is very minimal risk of damage, or even worse, breaking tiles and causing a leak!

What About High Pressure?

High pressure cleaning should only ever be used on sidewalks,driveways, and certain pool decks. Never on your home, or roof.

It is always best to hire a licensed and insured professional to handle the cleaning of your roof, even if you sacrifice some upfront “savings”, you will rest assured that there will be no damage to one of your biggest investments.
